Situated along Jinja Road in the outskirts of the heart of Kayunga District, St. Paul’s Ndeeba Church of Uganda harbors the Sub Parish headquarters of Ndeeba, and the biggest capacity being the Archdeaconry headquarters of Ndeeba Archdeaconry, Mukono Diocese.
The history of this Church hugely centers on the late Malach Kalya Nsibirwa from whose premises this Church begun way back in 1929. In the year 1932, together with his friend Paul Zzimbe, they begun a junior school that later became Ndeeba C/U Primary School. Kalya had willingly offered 40 acres of land in the year 1938.

structures to effectively carry out Church vision and mission. The leadership of any Church programme is always more crucial than the programme itself. Joshua 1:5-9 and John 13:1-17.

The church does counselling and guidance, discipleship,social action, children and youth advocacy.
